Cancellation Policy
At River Heritage Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while allowing us to manage reservations efficiently.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
For all confirmed room bookings:
More than 7 days prior to check-in:
✔ Full refund of the booking amount (after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, if any).
Within 7 days to 72 hours prior to check-in:
❌ 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
Within 72 hours of check-in or No-Show:
❌ 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
2. Peak Season, Long Weekends & Special Dates
During peak seasons, long weekends, festivals, and blackout dates (including but not limited to Christmas, New Year, national holidays, and school vacations):
Cancellations are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.
3. Promotional, Discounted & Package Bookings
All promotional offers, discounted rates, and special packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless clearly mentioned otherwise.
Date modifications for such bookings are subject to availability and management discretion.
Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability.
Modification requests must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in.
Rate differences, if any, will be applicable.
Only one modification may be allowed per booking.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
River Heritage Resort is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or unused nights after check-in.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond control (natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, road closures, etc.):
Booking modifications may be offered at management discretion.
Refunds, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8. Cancellation Request Process

Requests are considered valid only after written confirmation from the resort.
River Heritage Resort reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. The policy applicable at the time of booking will prevail.
