The resort has 52 eco-luxury rooms and suites across four categories — Tiger Cub, Sitabani, Chooti Haldwani and the Kosi River Suite — each finished with locally inspired interiors, air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms, tea and coffee service, and in-room dining.

Facilities include the SROT multi-cuisine restaurant, the Sarovar swimming pool, the Roopkund Spa, the Prayag banquet and conference hall, and two acres of riverside lawns — Bugyal Lawn for gatherings of 500 or more and Kosi Lawn for around 300 guests — used for weddings, corporate offsites and celebrations.

Guests travel here from Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Chandigarh and Lucknow. Ramnagar railway station is the closest rail head and the drive from Delhi takes roughly six hours. Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Days at the resort are usually built around a jungle safari in Corbett, a guided nature walk, riverside yoga, birdwatching, a village visit to Chooti Haldwani, and a bonfire dinner by the water. Our team arranges safari permits, transfers and itineraries on request.
